The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Queensland Meditation Group Inc (QMG) will be held as follows:

The meeting will be held under the patronage of the Spiritual Advisor of the Queensland Meditation Group, Venerable Maharagama Kumara Kashyapa Thero.

- Opening of the Meeting
- Homage to the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha, including the taking of the Five Precepts
- Address by the Spiritual Advisor, Venerable Maharagama Kumara Kashyapa Thero
- Apologies
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Presentation by the President highlighting last year’s achievements
- Treasurer’s Report, including the Audited Financial Statements
